Abstract: This paper introduces a decentralized federated learning architecture engineered specifically for multi-tenant healthcare clouds. By combining differential privacy mechanisms with secure multi-party computation, the proposed framework achieves 96.4% classification accuracy while eliminating cross-tenant data leakage risks. Experimental evaluation on 50,000 anonymized patient records demonstrates robust resilience against gradient inversion attacks.
